Design. With years of experience in design and art application, we can take your idea and make it into reality. We will start with a conversation with you about your vision and ideas and turn it into a proof of concept. We then tweak the design and find the right materials for your exact needs. Whether you're starting from scratch, or have some examples to share, we can create a design and work with you to suit your vision. From brand-new logo designs to awards, keepsakes and everything in between.
What is Laser Engraving? It's a process that vaporizes the materials into fumes to engrave permanent marks. Our laser beams act like a chisel, creating marks by removing layers from the surface of the material. In some cases, we use a special paint to create a reaction to mark items such as stainless-steel. We're also able to cut through many different materials, allowing us to create custom shapes.
What materials do we work with? Our machines can engrave items such as wood, plastic, acrylic, stone, leather, anodized aluminum, rubber, glass, coated stainless-steel items and much more. With our special paint, we can mark stainless steel directly, as well. Our laser beds have a maximum depth of 10" with an 18" x 24" engraving area.
What is UV Printing? It's a form of digital printing that involves the use of UV light to cure UV ink almost instantaneously. This process creates quick-drying, long-lasting and highly pigmented results. The unique thing about our UV printer is that we can print on a variety of surfaces, even spherical surfaces, such as golf balls and cups. If our print heads can be about 2-3mm from the print surface, our printer can do its job. We can print on virtually any surface, such as metal, plastic, paper, cardboard, wood, glass, cups, leather and even more. With a print clearance of 6" and a print area of 24" x 36", we can create some truly unique items.
